Please review our return and refund policy below before placing an order.
Physical Products
60-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return for eligible physical products within 60 calendar days from the date the order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the physical product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must include all original parts, accessories, manuals, hardware, and packaging whenever possible.
- The product must not show signs of installation damage, misuse, modification, or outdoor wear caused after delivery.
- Proof of purchase, order number, or order confirmation may be required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a full refund.

After your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or may not qualify for a refund.
Outdoor Umbrella and Oversized Product Return Information
Many outdoor umbrellas, patio umbrella bases, replacement canopies, and related outdoor shade products are large, heavy, or require careful packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. For this reason, customers should keep the original shipping box, protective packaging, manuals, and hardware until they are fully satisfied with the product.
For returns related to change of mind, incorrect color selection, size preference, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong product, the customer may be responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Proper repackaging materials
- Any shipping carrier fees required to return oversized or heavy items
Returned items must be packaged securely to help prevent damage in transit. Items damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Physical Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, so we can review the issue quickly.
To help us resolve the issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- Photos of any damaged, missing, or incorrect parts
For verified issues caused by shipping damage, manufacturing defects, missing parts, or fulfillment errors, Kaymarli LLC may offer one or more of the following solutions:
- Replacement parts
- A replacement product
- A prepaid return shipping label
- A refund when appropriate
Approved resolutions for damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items will be provided at no additional cost to the customer when the issue is verified.
Digital Products, Downloads, Licenses, and Online Access
Some products sold by Kaymarli Home may be digital products, including but not limited to downloadable files, digital access, software licenses, license keys, online content, templates, or other electronically delivered products.
Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned. Because of this, digital product purchases may be non-refundable once the product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, activated, redeemed, or used, except where required by law or where the issue is caused by Kaymarli LLC.
Digital Product Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered for a digital product if:
- The digital product was not delivered.
- The customer received the wrong digital product.
- The download link, access link, license key, or activation details do not work because of an issue caused by Kaymarli LLC.
- The customer was charged more than once for the same order.
- The digital product is materially different from the description shown at the time of purchase.
Digital Product Refund Limitations
Refunds are generally not available for digital products when:
- The product has already been accessed, downloaded, activated, redeemed, or used.
- The customer changed their mind after purchase.
- The customer purchased the wrong product by mistake.
- The product is incompatible with the customer’s device, software, account, or system where compatibility information was provided before purchase.
- The customer no longer wants or needs the digital product.
- The customer fails to follow the provided instructions.

Refund Process
For approved physical product returns, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
For approved digital product refunds, we will review the issue and notify you of the approval status after the request has been evaluated.
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Most approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges may be non-refundable unless the return or refund request is caused by a verified product defect, shipping damage, missing item, fulfillment error, duplicate charge, or digital delivery issue caused by Kaymarli LLC:

- Return shipping costs for non-defective physical product returns
- Additional carrier fees for oversized or heavy returns
- Digital products that have already been delivered, accessed, downloaded, activated, redeemed, or used
If a return is not related to a product defect, shipping damage, order error, duplicate charge, or digital delivery issue caused by Kaymarli LLC, applicable shipping, handling, or other non-refundable charges may be deducted from the final refund amount.
Return and Refund Eligibility Limitations
Kaymarli Home reserves the right to refuse a return, refuse a refund, or reduce the refund amount if:
- The return request is made after the 60-day return window for physical products.
- The physical item has been used, installed, damaged, altered, or modified after delivery.
- The physical product shows outdoor wear unrelated to a verified defect.
- The physical product is missing parts, accessories, hardware, manuals, or packaging.
- The returned physical item does not match the original order.
- The physical item is returned without authorization when authorization is required.
- The physical item is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging.
- The digital product has already been delivered, accessed, downloaded, activated, redeemed, or used.
- The refund request is based on customer error, change of mind, incompatibility where requirements were provided, or failure to follow instructions.
Exchanges and Replacements
We may offer replacements, replacement parts, corrected digital access, a replacement license, or other reasonable solutions when appropriate, especially for damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or non-working products.
Availability of replacement items, parts, digital access, or licenses may depend on current inventory, supplier availability, or technical limitations.
If a replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative solution or refund when appropriate.
