How do I buy a digital product from Kaymarli Home?

To purchase a digital product, select the product you want, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. After your payment is processed and your order is approved, you will receive an order confirmation email and a digital delivery email with the applicable product details.

How will I receive my digital product?

Digital products are delivered by email to the email address provided at checkout. Digital products are not shipped physically.

For eligible Intuit digital products, your delivery email may include:

  • The official Intuit product download link.
  • Your unique license key.
  • Your product number required for activation.
  • Basic download or activation instructions when applicable.

What should I do if I do not receive my digital delivery email?

What if I entered the wrong email address at checkout?

Can I return a digital product and receive a refund?

Digital products are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, activated, redeemed, or used, except where required by law or where the issue is caused by Kaymarli LLC.

A refund may be considered if the digital product was not delivered, the customer received the wrong product, the license key or product number does not work due to an issue caused by Kaymarli LLC, the customer was charged more than once for the same order, or the digital product is materially different from the description shown at the time of purchase.

Will the license be registered in my name?

A 1-year license means the license is valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase or activation, depending on the product terms. After the license period ends, access to the software may expire or become limited according to the applicable software terms.

We recommend backing up your data regularly and before any license expiration, software change, upgrade, or renewal.

Can I renew my software license?

Renewal availability may vary depending on the product, license type, supplier availability, and applicable software terms. If renewal is available, you may contact us before expiration for available renewal options.

Can I upgrade from an older version of QuickBooks to a newer version?

In many cases, users may be able to upgrade from an older version of QuickBooks Desktop to a newer version. Before upgrading, we recommend backing up your company file and reviewing compatibility requirements.

After installing the newer version, you may be able to open or restore your company file through QuickBooks Desktop by using the appropriate restore or company file options.

What are the differences between QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise?

QuickBooks Pro is generally designed for small businesses with basic accounting needs, such as invoicing, expense tracking, financial reporting, and basic inventory features.

QuickBooks Premier is generally designed for small to medium-sized businesses that need additional features, including industry-specific options for business types such as contractors, nonprofits, retail, manufacturing, or professional services.

QuickBooks Enterprise is generally designed for larger or more complex businesses that need advanced features such as enhanced inventory, advanced reporting, pricing tools, and more user permission options.

Orders and Shipping for Physical Products

Where do you ship physical products?

We currently ship physical products within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping for physical products.

How long does shipping take?

We offer 2-business-day U.S. shipping for eligible Kaymarli Home physical product orders after shipment.

Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Most orders are processed quickly, and orders placed before the daily cut-off time may be processed for same-business-day fulfillment when available.

Delivery estimates may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, remote delivery locations, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We use trusted U.S. shipping carriers such as FedEx or other approved carriers depending on the product, delivery address, product size, product weight, and carrier availability.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your physical order has shipped and the carrier has scanned the package, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Some carriers and oversized products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

How do I know if a replacement canopy will fit my umbrella?

Before buying a replacement canopy, please measure your existing umbrella frame carefully.

  • Umbrella style, such as market, cantilever, offset, square, round, or rectangular

Wipe the base with mild soap, water, and a soft cloth. For fillable bases, check caps regularly and empty the base before long-term storage when recommended.

Do not drag heavy bases across delicate surfaces. Remove the umbrella before moving the base whenever possible.

Can I leave my umbrella outside all the time?

Outdoor umbrellas are designed for outdoor use, but leaving them open or exposed during severe weather may damage the product.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy for physical products?

We offer a 60-day return window for eligible physical items, starting from the date the order is delivered.

Returned products must generally be unused, in original condition, and returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.

How do I request a return?
