Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange (replacement of a digital key) may be granted under the following conditions:

  • You received an incorrect digital item that does not match your order.

  • The license key provided is incomplete or shows as “Invalid” upon first attempt.

  • The delivered product cannot be activated, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Exchanges cannot be granted if:

  • You entered an incorrect email address at checkout (though we will help you reroute the original key).

  • You requested an exchange after successfully activating and using the digital item.

  • The issue is due to your device not meeting the minimum system requirements clearly stated on the product page.

How to Request an Exchange

To request a product exchange, please email us at contact@tadpoleclothing.shop and include:

  • Your Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Email Used During Purchase

  • A Brief Explanation of the Technical Issue (Screenshots of the error message are highly encouraged to speed up the process).

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Processing Time

Once an exchange is approved, a replacement digital item will be sent directly to your email address. Most exchanges are processed within 1 business day.

Access Revocation

When an exchange is granted and a new license key is issued, the previously delivered license information will be deactivated and blacklisted to ensure proper security and software compliance.

Limitations

Exchanges are provided for the exact product originally purchased. We do not offer exchanges for different software titles, newer versions (unless part of a specific upgrade plan), or alternative platforms (e.g., swapping a Windows key for a Mac key) once the key has been delivered.
